This listing is for a downloadable digital PDF pattern that includes an SVG cut file. From the dropdown menu, select either "PDF-Only" or "SVG with PDF" in a zip file. Price is the same.

1-The PDF (only) option is provided if you don't have a cutting machine or if your device is not compatible/unable to open a ZIP file to extract the PDF and SVG.

2-If you purchase the combo PDF+SVG in a ZIP file, you must have a device that is capable of downloading and extracting the zip file so you can access both the PDF and SVG file. You must know how to download and open the file(s) on your device. And you must know how to use an SVG cut file.

3-This is a pattern add-on and you'll need the instructions from the Main Jordan Craft Case pattern for general assembly. [See below for summary of the Jordan Craft Case pattern series]

ABOUT
This Jordan Make-Up Pouch is a pattern ADD-ON for the Jordan Craft Case Main Pattern. It is sized to fit nicely in an average sized handbag. As a creative option two styles are provided-- one is the standard Jordan Craft Case 1-piece body and one is a new exterior body style that uses a contrasting bottom. Instructions are included for new exterior body. style (only). You will need the Main Jordan Craft Case pattern for complete step-by-step assembly instruction.

The Body Styles: For the standard body, two different body pieces are provided to optimize the finish based on materials as shown above. While the dimensions for each of the 3 bodies varies only slightly, they finish at approximately the same size. Like with other Jordan cases, this one can be embellished with the included badges that come in 5 different sizes. The badges can be used with metal logo plates or stamped with an impression and add a nice touch to the pouch.

LEVEL/SKILLS: An Adventurous beginner can sew this pattern providing you can install a zipper around a gentle curve. This pattern is a fast and easy sew for any level.

Main Body

Body Exterior: 9" wide x 10" high - Medium-Weight Woven or Non-Woven*
Body Lining: 9"wide 10" high - Light Weight Woven (e.g. Quilting Cotton)
Body Interfacing: this will vary depending on material used, but most likely Pellon SF101 or equivalent
Optional Badge: Appx. 3" wide x 2: high - Non-Woven/Non-Fraying

*When a non-woven make sure it is pliable and soft in temper.

Hardware For One#5 Zipper tape cut to 19" after pull(s) installed

2x 6-7mm Rivets - For use with optional badge

TOOLS (IN ADDITION TO THE USUAL)

Zipper presser foot
1/8-1/4" double-sided tape (DST)
Fabric Clips or Binder Clips
If embellishing with rivets: awl, hole punch, and rivet installation tools.

SVG Access/Use: To access and use the SVG you must know how to unzip the file to extract the PDF and the SVG. You must have a device with an operating system that is capable of extracting the file. (Some older smart phones/pads are not compatible with ZIP files.) You must know how to operate your cutting machine and its' software to make the appropriate settings. Use of a "precision" blade versus "utility" blade is recommended to cut out shapes smaller than 3/4" (such as rivet holes, etc.). Refer to notations in the Main Pattern.
